Which pad should I start with?
If you want somewhere to put wipes and a spare diaper, start with the pocket pad. If you would rather have a padded head end and a lighter bundle, start with the headrest pad. The picker on this site asks the same two questions and shows you what is left.
Is it actually waterproof?
We say water resistant, because that is what holds. The face sheds a spill and wipes clean, and it is not a sealed membrane you can leave sitting in a puddle.
Can it go in the machine?
The headrest pads and the two pad packs take a cold hand wash in a basin and air drying. The pocket pad usually only needs a wipe. There is a whole road note on getting a pad clean after a bad day if you want the long answer.
Does the document case work as a safe?
No, and we wrote a page explaining why the rating it carries is not that kind of rating. It is a case that keeps papers together and behind a latch, with a shell that will not feed a flame.
Where does my order come from?
Our retail partner. The button here opens their listing, and the checkout, the delivery and anything that goes wrong afterwards are handled on their side.
Do the colors match the photos?
They are shot in daylight without a filter, so they are close. Screens differ, and the checkered patterns read slightly warmer in person than they do on a bright display.
