Press a buy button on this site and you land on a product listing at our retail partner. From that moment the cart, the payment, the packing and the courier are all theirs. This site has no checkout and holds no stock.
What that means for delivery times
The delivery estimate you see at checkout is the one that counts, because it is calculated against your address and their stock. We deliberately print no delivery promise here: any figure on this page would be a guess about an operation that is not ours, and a guess is worse than nothing.
Tracking a parcel
Tracking lives in the order confirmation and in the account you used at checkout. We cannot look it up, because we never see it.
If something arrives damaged
Raise it through the same account you ordered from, where the order number and the photographs can be attached to the claim. If the fault is with how the thing is made rather than how it travelled, we do want to hear about it, because that is ours to fix on the next run.
