What we can help with
Sizes, fabrics, how a pad folds, which one suits a particular bag, what the document case actually holds, whether a pattern is coming back. If you want a straight answer about the flammability rating on the case, ask and you will get one.
What we cannot help with
Anything to do with an order. We do not run the checkout, so we cannot see your order number, change an address, chase a parcel or start a return. All of that lives with our retail partner, and their help pages will get you there far faster than we can.
