What we can help with
Sizes, fabrics, how a pad folds, which one suits a particular bag, what the document case actually holds, whether a pattern is coming back. If you want a straight answer about the flammability rating on the case, ask and you will get one.
What we cannot help with
Anything to do with an order. No money passes through this site, so we cannot see your order number, change an address, chase a parcel or start a return. All of that lives in the account you ordered from, and the help pages there will get you to it far faster than we can.

How long we take
A day or two on weekdays. If it is quiet, longer, and we would rather say that than promise an hour we cannot keep.
