We built this folding pad in solid grey for quick diaper changes away from the nursery dresser. It unfolds into a wide changing surface and packs down into a flat bundle you can grab with one hand. Two cargo pockets hold supplies while the wipes pod stays reachable on the outside.

How this one is put together

Expanding wipes pod
We stitched a dedicated pod onto the outer face with three expandable sides. It holds standard wipe packs and lets you pull a wipe without having to undo the entire pad first.
Two cargo pockets
Inside the fold, two roomy cargo pockets hold clean diapers, tubes of cream, and a spare onesie. They sit flat against the frame when the pad is closed.
Wipe-clean changing face
The main interior surface is water resistant and wipes clean with a cloth or a single wipe after a messy change. It dries quickly before you fold it back up.
Buckle strap and handle
A sturdy grab handle sits at the top edge, paired with an adjustable buckle strap. You can clip it around a stroller bar, attach it to a car seat, or slide it into a tote.
